If you would like to order a blue Council Polo Shirt, now you can! We currently have one payment option available, which is to pay in person to Nestor Tan or Juan Illustrisimo, but we are currently working on an online payment option through PayPal!
To order a shirt, you have three options, and steps are provided below:
1st option: Fill out the provided form below, and click “SUBMIT!” Once you have given your cash or check to Nestor or Juan, your order will be officially complete!
2nd option: Download and print out the attached PDF file below, fill it out, and mail/bring it to Nestor with either cash or check at the ready.

3rd option: Nestor will have printed out order forms at the next council meeting, and you can fill them out there. An image of the form is provided below, so you can find out how much you will be paying ahead of time. Again, make all checks payable to “K of C Council 12694.”
